Refund/ Cancellation Policy

At Samskaara Vriksham, we strive to deliver the best learning experience through our online Samskaara-based programs for kids and expecting mothers. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before enrolling in any of our offerings.

General Policy

All program enrollments at Samskaara Vriksham are considered final upon payment. As our offerings involve digital content, live sessions, and pre-allocated resources, we maintain a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy under most circumstances.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If the user misses live classes or fails to attend sessions

  • If access to digital materials (videos, PDFs, recordings) has already been granted

  • If the participant chooses to discontinue the program midway

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preferences, change of mind, or non-alignment with individual expectations

  • Issues related to personal scheduling conflicts or technical difficulties on the user’s side

Valid Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered in rare cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same program

  • Payment deducted but enrollment not confirmed due to technical error

  • Program cancelled or rescheduled by Samskaara Vriksham and no alternative offered

For such scenarios:

  • Users must raise a request within 7 days of the transaction by writing to [insert email]

  • Valid proof of payment must be submitted

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method

Cancellation by User

Once enrolled, users cannot cancel the program themselves.
Requests for deferment or transfer of program (to a future batch) may be considered at the discretion of the management, based on availability.

Cancellation by Company

In rare circumstances where Samskaara Vriksham cancels a batch or program due to low enrollment, scheduling conflicts, or internal decisions:

  • A full refund will be offered to all paid participants

  • Alternatively, participants may be offered the option to join a future batch

This policy is subject to revision without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services implies agreement with the updated policy.
